All Decision Emails for the 45th Edition have been sent via Email!

Check your inboxes! Final decisions for the 45th edition of Crook and Folly have been announced. An email titled, “Your Crook and Folly Submission,” should have been sent tonight!

A word about our selection process: This year was hard! When it comes to the work we received this year, we simply did not have the page count to publish all the works that we enjoyed. If your piece was not selected, please know that we were not able to select many works that truly moved us. We feel grateful to have read ALL of the submissions we received this year. DePaul is a university teeming with talent, and that’s never more apparent than when seeing its students’ creative writing. Please keep creating, taking chances, and submitting your work. We truly didn’t receive a bad piece this year. It’s been truly bittersweet making selections.

We are excited to unveil a rich, diverse group of young writers’ work and hope that you join us for the launch of this year’s edition at DePaul Art Museum on May 22nd at 4PM.

Contributors! Be sure to send your bio in the next two days to ensure being featured in the contributor’s notes. Details are included in your decision letter.
